The Account Configuration page allows Administrators to manage the Platform Connection to four key areas:

  • Magento Store Settings
  • Authorize.Net Settings
  • Subscription Settings
  • Email Settings

To access the Account Configuration page, navigate to System > Configuration

 

Magento Settings

To access the Magento Settings Configuration, click on the Magento Settings tab on the top left of the page.

Here you have references for your Magento Store Name and the Magento customer facing url and the admin url.

You also have references to the Magento SOAP API URL and the username and API keys.

These fields can be updated by clicking the  button at the bottom. These fields are typically for your reference and unless things aren't working as expected, should be left as is.

 

Authorize.NET Settings

To access the Authorize.NET Settings Configuration, click on the Authorize.NET Settings tab second from the left on the top of the page.

Here you have references for your Authorize.NET API Login ID and Transaction Key.  As well you can Enable Authorize.NET API Test mode with the check box.  These values can be updated by clicking the  button at the bottom. These fields are typically for your reference and unless things aren't working as expected, we recommend leaving them as is.

 

Subscription Product Defaults

To access the Subscription Product Configuration, click on the Subscription Settings tab third from the right on the top of the page.

 

Here you can make adjustments to the Default Product Discount (as a percentage).

 

You have the ability to adjust the Default Product Subscription Intervals by selecting the items from the unselected and selected lists and using the back and forth arrows to customize the interval list to your liking. 

 

You can Enable Daily Subscription order generation so it fills the subscription orders on specific days of the week that you select with a checkbox and the time (GST) on those days you wish order generation to start. (add screen shot when css line up issues fixed).

 

There is also the ability to add a catch all email for testing purposes if your Subscribe Pro Account is a Sandbox (testing) account.

The above values can be updated by clicking on the  button at the bottom.

 

Email Settings Configuration

To access the Email Settings Configuration, click on the Email Settings tab on the right on the top of the page.

 

Here you can make adjustments to the Send from Email that Subscribe Pro uses when sending email to customers.

 

As well you can change the Send from name that appears next to the Send From email address.

 

You can set the email address that notifies administrators from Subscribe Pro such as when a batch of subscription orders is processed or when a subscription order fails.

 

You can upload your Store Logo to the including in the header of emails sent to your customers from Subscribe Pro.
