Step 2 - Collect Account Information & Credentials
You should have the following accounts, login credentials and API keys to move forward in setting up and configuring Subscribe Pro on your Magento store.
Payment Gateway Account
Depending on the type of your payment gateway, you should have credentials to access a web portal and you should also have credentials for the gateway API to enter into Subscribe Pro.

Subscribe Pro Platform Environment
- Platform Hostname: api.subscribepro.com
- API Client ID
- API Client Secret
You can locate the Subscribe Pro Environment API Client ID and Secret by logging in to the Subscribe Pro Merchant App and navigating to System > API Clients. There should be an existing API client for your Magento store, but you can also register new API clients at any time.

Magento Server SSH, SFTP, or Control Panel
You will need access to modify the Magento files on your web server. This can be done via SSH, SFTP or control panel.
