Subscribe Pro Vault Overview
The Subscribe Pro (SP) Vault service provides secure collection and storage of credit cards and other sensitive payment information. The SP Vault works in the background behind SP Payments, helping our clients keep their customer's sensitive payment data secure, while minimizing PCI compliance burden.
The Subscribe Pro Vault allows your customer's payment cards to be securely stored and tokenized, reducing your organization's PCI scope and compliance burden.
Payment Tokenization
The Subscribe Pro Vault service uses a tokenization system to store and retrieve payment information. When a payment method is added to the vault, the vault service returns a token which can be used to reference that payment method in future transactions. The token is a unique identifier for the payment method, and can be used to reference the payment method in future transactions.
Hosted Iframe
The Subscribe Pro Vault service include a secure payment card collection mechanism referred to as the Hosted IFrame. The Subscribe Pro Vault Hosted IFrame runs on any app or website where your customers enter sensitive payment information. The Hosted IFrame transfers payment information directly to the Subscribe Pro Vault service, reducing your PCI scope and maximizing security of your customer's data.
