Customer-Facing Transactional Email Templates
The following types of email templates are used to build transactional emails sent to your customers. These templates can be fully customized in the Subscribe Pro Merchant App.

Subscription Created | subscription_created | This email is sent when a customer signs up for a new subscription on your store. |
Subscription Updated | subscription_updated | This email is sent when a change is made to a subscription by a customer on the frontend My Subscriptions page, or by a Customer Service Representative in the Subscribe Pro Merchant App |
Subscription Cancelled | subscription_cancelled | This email is sent when a customer's subscription is changed to a Cancelled status. |
Subscription Order Failed | subscription_order_failed | This email is sent when a customer's recurring order attempt fails. This typically happens when the customer's credit card is declined for some reason. |
Upcoming Subscription Order | upcoming_subscription_order | This email is sent based on the configuration for the environment. You can configure the number of days ahead of a recurring order being processed that a customer should be reminded of their upcoming order. The default is 2 days. |
Expiring Credit Card | expiring_credit_card | This email is sent based on the configuration for the environment. You can configure the number of days ahead of a customer's credit card expiration date that they should be reminded to update the credit card associated with their subscription(s). |
Administrative Email Templates
The following administrative emails are sent by our system to the email addresses listed in the Subscribe Pro Merchant App under System > Configuration > Email Settings in the Send Notification Emails To setting. The following templates cannot be customized.

Admin Order Job Complete | admin_order_job_complete | After each batch of recurring order attempts is processed, the administrative contact(s) on your environment will receive a summary of how many subscriptions were processed, how many were successful, and how many failed. The failures will be listed at the bottom. |
