Payments Testing
Subscribe Pro enables the ability to test payment transactions in a variety of ways. This document describes the test credit card details, transaction amounts, and other information you can use to test payment transactions with the Subscribe Pro Commerce Platform.
To test payment transactions with the Subscribe Pro Commerce Platform you must configure a payment gateway connection. There are two approaches to setting up a payment gateway connection for testing:
Approach 1: Subscribe Pro Test Gateway
Use the Subscribe Pro Test Gateway (SP Native) payment gateway connection type.
In this case, use the test credit card details, transaction amounts, and other information described below to test payment transactions.
NOTE: Use Approach 1 if you would like to test 3DS2 authentication flows through the Subscribe Pro Commerce Platform.
Approach 2: Gateway Connection Test Mode
Use another payment gateway connection type and configure it to use Test Mode. This approach will work with both Native and External payment provider integrations, however not all payment providers support Test Mode.
In this case, you must use test credit card details, transaction amounts, and other information provided by the payment gateway provider to test payment transactions.
